This 1 1/2 acre Lake Forest residence contains over 2,000 plants.

Many of the diverse cultivars require unique watering, pruning, and tree and shrub maintenance. The seasonal maintenance program is performed with a minimum of one weekly visit from mid March through late November. These visits require extensive "dead-heading" of annual and perennial flowers. Additional watering, fertilization, and disease and pest control is needed for the thousands of flowers that compliment the landscape. Precise hand-pruning methods are applied to specimen types to maintain a natural appearance. Regular monitoring of the irrigation clock and an organic fertilization program are maintained when the weather conditions promote disease development.

An effective maintenance program that stresses strict attention to detail continues to exceed the clients’ expectations by improving the appearance, structure, and health of the existing plants and turf year after year.
